Terms and Conditions for MSFGA Membership
Current and active Herd names will require renewal of annual membership fee of $35 before 4/1/2027.
An individual, family, or business entity interested in the breeding, raising, and promotion of Miniature Silky Fainting Goats may become a Member of the Miniature Silky Fainting Goat Association (MSFGA) upon submitting a completed application and paying dues to MSFGA.
Membership confers the registry, breeding, and program privileges described in the MSFGA rules and these terms; it does not confer any ownership interest in MSFGA, voting rights over its operations, or governance authority.
Members agree to:
– Conduct themselves ethically in all interactions with MSFGA, its members, and the broader Miniature Silky Fainting Goat community;
– Provide accurate and complete information in all registrations, transfers, and communications with MSFGA, and promptly correct any errors or omissions in registry data;
– Abide by all MSFGA rules, breed standards, and registry policies, as published and updated from time to time;
– Maintain current contact and mailing information and remain in good standing on annual dues and any other financial obligations to MSFGA.
Membership is granted at the discretion of MSFGA and may be suspended, declined to renew, or terminated for non-payment of dues, violation of these terms or MSFGA rules, falsification of registry data, or conduct that, in MSFGA’s reasonable judgment, harms the registry, the breed, or other members. Where practical, MSFGA will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination, except in cases involving fraud, registry integrity, or animal welfare.
Annual dues, registration fees, and other charges are set by MSFGA and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in MSFGA policy. Continued use of the registry on or after each renewal date constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms and fee schedule.
Registrations, certificates, and pedigree data issued by MSFGA reflect information supplied by members and are provided without warranty as to underlying breeding facts. Members are responsible for verifying parentage and the accuracy of their own submissions.
